SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All purchases are shipped within 5-7 business days, unless a ceramic piece then shipping times may vary greatly due to the kiln process. If paid by e-check, items will be shipped out as soon as e-check clears. Products are inspected for quality assurance, and then shipped in gift packaging and bubble mailers. All effort is made so that products reach you safely. You will be notified via email when your order ships. Please feel free to email me at katrina@joebangles.biz if you have questions about your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We will only sell and mail products that are sturdy and complete. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, do email me at info katrina@joebangles.biz within seven (7) days of receiving the item. All queries will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, you receive a return/exchange authorization. Items returned without a return/exchange authorization will not be accepted.

The product must be in a new, unaltered and unused condition. Refunds will be issued in the same manner the original purchase was made. Your refund will be the full amount paid less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Do take extra precaution to prevent loss of mail. We will not be able to process a return/exchange should the package get lost during transit.

There will be no refunds and exchanges for sale, custom and made-to-order items.

DAMAGE AND LOSS OF MAIL

In the event of damage or loss of mail, please email us at katrina@joebangles.biz for full details on how to proceed. For damaged mail, please keep the full original packaging.

With regards to claims, it can take anywhere between 1 to 3 months to be resolved. Refunds for insured damaged/lost mail can only be granted when we have received compensation from the USPS.

Please only proceed with ordering if you accept the above terms. No exchange/refund can be made if an order is damaged/lost while in transit, except for situations listed above.

1. Do you do custom orders?

Yes, we do custom orders. Simply drop us an email at katrina@joebangles.biz with your requirements. Do remember to check out the return and exchange policy on custom orders.

2. Do you gift wrap?

All our items are gift wrapped. If you require all items to be wrapped individually, please remember to mention that at checkout. Individual gift wraps are complimentary for now.

3. How do I enter a gift certificate code?

Enter the code that you have under “coupon code” at checkout. Please note that you may only use one coupon per order. Your coupon will be applied to the total and reflected in your cart after you click continue.

4. How do I get my ring size?

We use the US sizing on this site. To get more information on your size, you can refer to this ring sizing guide.

5. Do you ship internationally?

No, not at this time.
